Different methodologies have been reported for the synthesis of cannabis G to be employed in new biological studies.We report herein a green and Scrunchie concise procedure based on the use of Trametes versicolor laccase for the synthesis of a new diphenylbutadiene.The developed procedure may be employed for the synthesis of cannabisin G and other analogues.
